Vinayaka left her job knowing something needed to change. But when your identity has been built around a role, leaving it means starting from zero on who you actually are. The options were endless and paralysing to an extent; it all led to overwhelm.
The work started with identity. Who she was underneath the noise. Her values, her instincts, what genuinely lit her up. From that clarity, FLWR was born - a business she built with her sister from scratch, sourcing and delivering fresh flowers weekly. She'd always been about things that lit up a people’s moods, and what better way to do it than through blooming energy that flowers bring.
